A fully immersive leadership experience that transports executives, MBA students and undergraduates onto Earnest Shackleton’s 1914 ship, the Endurance.
This project leverages custom animation so the learner can engage in a personal way and learn how to read micro-expressions and body language. The branching narratives give the learner the understanding they are impacting the future survival of the team and the students engage and accomplish tasks in the failing ship on the cold and deadly ice.
Groundbreaking Educational Experience
Lead your crew through one of the most difficult survival experiences in history and make decisions that will decide if the 27 members of your crew and yourself live through the winter in Antarctica. Make life or death decisions, lead your crew in breaking the ice and carrying supplies and set a course in the Waddell Sea for survival. This project is designed and built to be an interactive educational experience and will launch with the story’s first four episodes.
The Endurance is trapped in the ice of Antarctica and participants are thrown into a stressful situation and the crew is looking for them to make decisions and lead them in a difficult time. Decisions must be made without much information, and plans need to be implemented when morale is low, and fear is high, similar to the current business environment.
